Congratulations to Year 12 Social Justice Leader, Lily G on being selected to showcase her talent at Top Class Drama 2025! After completing her Unit 4 Solo Performance Examination last year, Lily was among fifty-two students invited to audition, with only nineteen ultimately chosen to perform at this prestigious event.
Her solo performance, Mulga Bill brings to life the larger-than-life Australian character from Banjo Paterson’s 1896 poem, Mulga Bill’s Bicycle. This fast-paced, comedic and highly physical piece explores trends through time, from yo-yos to Pokémon GO, while reflecting on adventure and consumerism.
